KEA has about 250 teachers, who are deeply engaged in providing high-quality instruction.
In order for you as a student to get the most possible out of your study, we have student counsellors, who are there to help you before, during and after your study.
There is much more to the life of a student than just the lessons and the instruction, so KEA has initiated a HR scheme aimed directly at the students. Studying means working fulltime, and a pleasant working environment should form the basis of learning.

Granting of course credit means recognition of acquired qualifications to be used in a further education programme.

Make the right choice
One of the most important prerequisites for having a satisfactory study period, is that you choose a study suitable to your technical and personal skills. The various student counsellors have in-depth knowledge of the curriculums they represent and are able to answer most questions related to the different aspects of the study.
Meet KEA
You can meet student counsellors and teachers on the education caravan and at the fair, “Education without Borders” ("Uddannelse uden Grænser"). We also hold open house arrangements in all the departments of KEA – the dates will be published on this webpage.
Try KEA
Try out the specialty: Be a Multimedia Designer student for a day. All you have to do is contact Hanne Holm at haho@kea.dk

The duration of a study at KEA is typically two years – and no one gets through without the feeling of carrying a burden from time to time.
Do not hesitate to contact your student counsellor for a talk, an overview of your options or simply for help trying to understand the rules in the education area.
A special HR scheme
At KEA we realize that there is much more to an agreeable study environment than lessons and instruction. Therefore, we are developing a special HR policy for students. Included are initiatives to provide for a solid study environment regarding social activities, counselling and support throughout the study.
Activities right now
If you would like to know what is going on in your own counselling centre right now, have a look in the left menu.

When you approach the conclusion of your study, you will be invited to a number of arrangements offering you advice on your move from study to job.
In connection with your trainee period, you will be assigned to a special trainee counsellor who will help you find your trainee job and who will also offer you help with any problems you might encounter during the period.
